Your ward has been selected for PROVISIONAL ADMISSION to class IV.
You are requested to submit the following after lockdown is over: -
a)       Photocopy of report card of the previous class.
b)       Transfer Certificate in original.
c).      Photographs (1 each) of the candidate, candidate’s Father, candidate’s Mother and candidate’s guardian (who would represent the parents in their absence).
d)         Photocopy of Candidate’s Aadhar Card (Mandatory).
